In May 2016, we received the Caring Company 10yrs+ certificate, which marked our participation and recognition by the scheme for 10 consecutive years. The Caring Company scheme is organized by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service and the scheme aims to promote good corporate citizenship through strategic partnerships among businesses and non-profit organisations to create a more cohesive society. Through the scheme, business and social service partners can exchange their experience and get to know and understand each and develop community projects matching with community needs.

A business wants to participate the scheme must be nominated by a social service partner, and the business organization must also fulfill some achievement in the caring of employees and the environment.

Over the past 10 years, we have been collaborating with our social service partner in their fund raising activities through monetary contribution, free printing services as well as voluntary works; and promote their service through our internal channel. We also participated in various charitable activities both I Hong Kong and China. In caring for the environment, we received several environmental awards and in 2 consecutive years outperformed mandatory carbon emission target set by Shenzhen government, all these achievements demonstrated our commitment in sustainable manufacturing. In caring for employees, besides offering competitive remuneration, we also care about employees’ work live balance. From time to time we organize team building activities and also encourage employees to join after-work’s activities.
