Our Hong Kong book production facility has entered its 10^th year of operation in April 2016. There are about 50 workers working in the sheeting, printing and binding departments. The two printing presses operate two shifts most of the time while the other two departments occasionally utilize some of the machines with a night shift during the peak season.

With the exception of one new folding machine, we have been operating with the same equipment since we decided on running this facility in Hong Kong. However constant upgrades on these machines and additional peripheral tools were installed to enhance efficiency and reduce our workers’ physical strength requirement. These include designing a semi-automatic non-stop feeding system on the printing presses, installing hydraulic lifting tables at the folding machines and replacing manual pallet trucks with electric ones.

The evolution of our HK facility will continue as we celebrate our 10^th year and look forward to the future. The facility has served our customers well by providing additional choices for their varied print requirements. We would like to thank all our business partners and customers for making this journey a memorable one as we cross our 10^th year milestone.
