Our automatic board book production lines output more than 100 million copies of children books every year. Conventional trade books production lines support both Hardcover and Paperback manufacturing that cover all extents featuring special techniques. Also, we have in house post-printing production lines to manage unique finishing and diecutting ourselves. We also specialize in books with lift-the-flaps, shaped diecuts, mechanisms, printed special inks or laser-cut finishes.
We have a strong network with component suppliers and sourcing teams. Books with electronic sound and light effects, plastic or fabric elements could be attached to or packed along with books while we have crews of hand labors to back up our production.
Besides books, we have installed machines to support production for other novelty items too, such as flashcards, jigsaw puzzles and board games. We embody the capacity of manufacturing books that requires novelty elements with innovative or interactive design.
